Last Saturday I got a call from Nick. He was grilling. I was invited. Being the good friend I am, I showed up empty-handed, with intentions of eating his food, and using his hose to wash my car.


Lindsay had fresh pineapple. The wasp liked it, too.


The host and hostess. Lindsay made potato salad.

Lindsay was happy to discover that I also thought ice cream was a good option. I quick walk to the Chocolate Shoppe ensued.


I like signs. This one points the way to the library.


I like stencil letters. These ones are red.


Nature clearly got in the way.

We later ordered Glass Nickel pizza - the Thai was delicious. It was a productive day.
