My friend growing up had an Apple IIc. He didn't think much of it, but I though it was the bee's knees.

Fast forward today and enter the Internet. Someone scored an unopened Apple IIc off of eBay, and posted pictures of the unboxing on Flickr. A interesting contrast to the unboxing of new Apple gear today.

My new glasses arrived! As Joe said "nice goggles on your face." I'm happy -- they have just the right amount of "holy crap I'm a nerd!"
